For many years, Norwalk Middle School seventh-graders were able to take a half semester each of Introduction to Spanish and French.
Now, because a teacher who helped teach Introduction to French has left the district, that intro class isn't available. Children are only offered Spanish as a foreign language.
A decision about the course is pending.
A story about this subject was published in the Reflector.
