Minister to celebrate 40 years at Norwalk church

On Monday, Roger W. George, minister at the First Church of Christ, Norwalk, will celebrate 40 years in the ministry. George, son of Ethel and James George of Spiceland, Ind., attended Johnson Bible College in Knoxville, Tenn. from 1963 to 1967. During his school years, he preached at Alpine Christian Church, Ind., Scotts Chapel and Steels Chapel in Corbin, Ky. After his junior year, he married Carol A. Lazar whom he met at college.

On Monday, Roger W. George, minister at the First Church of Christ, Norwalk, will celebrate 40 years in the ministry.
