The three candidates running in next month's race to determine who will represent Huron County as the state representative include an experienced politician, a teacher concerned about representing the middle class and a self-declared "blue-collar worker."
Running for the 57th district are Republican incumbent Terry Boose; Norwalk High School science teacher Matt Lark, a Democrat; and Libertarian candidate Robert Sherwin. The district covers all of Huron County and parts of Lorain and Seneca counties. A story about this race and candidate profile boxes appear in Thursday's Reflector.

All these politicians want to protect the middle class, who is that? Some of the lower class pay taxes and support this country, not everyone is on welfare. My wife and I are retired and we still pay taxes !For two years we didn't get any COLA and when we do it isn't enough to pay the Medigap increase.Medicare has been cut to the bone and we will be lucky if any doctors will to care for us.At least we still have money to help Chinese Whores that have a drinking problem.Where are these Chinese Whores in Washington ?
Speak it jack! America is about everyone isn't it? How many lost their jobs in the this county prior to our present leader? Many.
