A Norwalk man accused of breaking and entering, theft of a motor vehicle and another charge in connection with a July 17 incident had his final pretrial hearing postponed Friday.
Huron County Common Pleas Judge Jim Conway postponed the hearing for Corey T. Foster, 27, of 994 Ohio 61, so his attorney could review additional charges prosecutors are considering.
In addition to breaking and entering and grand theft of a motor vehicle, Foster is charged with failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer,
Huron County Prosecutor Russell Leffler declined to be more specific regarding the charges.
Conway granted defense attorney T. Douglas Clifford's request for a postponement. Foster's pretrial hearing is now set for 1 p.m. Oct. 22 His new trial time and date is 9 a.m. Oct. 25.
