Snyder: I don't plan on closing every road at once

Norwalk's East Main and West Main streets are now under heavy construction at the same time.

West Main is in the middle of a huge waterline replacement project that stretches from the uptown to North West Street. Crews have been encountering all kids of unexpected things as they work in the downtown area.

East Main, between Vandercook Street and Oakwood Drive, is close for rail track and tie removal.
