Willard teen released early from prison

A Willard teenager was released about eight months early from prison Thursday, but was sent to a facility that focuses on education and substance abuse treatment. On March 5, Robert E. Belt, 19, of 516 S. Myrtle Ave., started serving a 10-month term at Belmont Correctional Institution for two breaking and entering felonies related to break-ins at a pair of Willard beauty salons.
