Deputies assist U.S. marshals with probation violation arrest

Two men were arrested after Huron County Sheriff's Office assisted agents from the U.S. Marshal's Office in locating a fugitive.

The Huron County Sheriff's Office assisted agents from the U.S. Marshal's Office with a locating a male suspect wanted on a local probation violation warrant Monday.

Plymouth resident Jeremy R. Tuttle, 24, of 8065 Plymouth Springmill Road, was arrested on both a local probation violation warrant and one issued through the Morrow County Sheriff's Office. He was transported to the Huron County Jail to await extradition.

Deputies also determined Joseph J. Fusko III, 42, of 3258 Austin Drive, Willard, was wanted on a Norwalk Municipal Court warrant. He was charged with failure to pay fines and costs and also transported to jail.

Fusko's original conviction was possession of drug abuse instruments. The Willard Police Department investigated the Oct. 3 incident.

Also assisting marshals and deputies were members of the Willard and Plymouth police departments. The arrests happened at Fusko's residence just after 8 p.m.
