Assisted North Central EMS with a patient at 9:22 a.m. Friday at 140 W. Main St. Returned to station at 9:33.

Assisted North Central EMS with a patient at 10:59 a.m. Friday at 29 State St. Returned to station at 11:19.

Assisted North Central EMS with a patient at 5:29 p.m. Friday at 26 Spring St. Returned to station at 5:37.

Responded to an accident with injuries at 5:54 p.m. Friday at the intersection of League Street and Whittlesey Avenue. Returned to station at 6:57.

Assisted North Central EMS with patient care at an accident at 7:27 p.m. Friday at 18 Adams St. Returned to station at 7:42.

Responded to a false fire alarm started by a band using theatrical smoke at 9:26 p.m. Saturday at 140 Milan Ave. Club managers told the band members not to use the smoke machines. Returned to station at 9:33.

Responded to a small bonfire at 9:18 p.m. Saturday in the backyard of 743 E. Ohio 61. Firefighters told the resident about open burning laws. Returned to station at 9:26.

Responded to an open burning complaint at 10:54 p.m. Saturday at 93 W. Washington St. Returned to station at 11:10.

Responded to a reported car fire at 12:05 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Las Road and U.S. 250, but firefighters didn't find anything. Returned to station at 12:14.

Performed a carbon monoxide investigation at 4:41 a.m. Sunday at 6 Grove Ave. Returned to station at 5:02.

Assisted North Central EMS with a patient at 11:58 am. Sunday at 37 Cline St. Returned to station at 12:20 p.m.

Assisted hotel workers in shutting off a severe water leak at 6:03 p.m. Sunday in room 101 of 415 Milan Ave. The leak stopped when firefighters shut down the domestic water supply. Firefighters also shut off the circuit breaker to the room to eliminate any electrical hazard. Returned to station at 6:41.

An area motorist reported damage to his truck at a Austin Shadle Drive business Wednesday.

Arranged to have a patient speak to a mental health professional Thursday.

Aimee N. Rose, 26, of 520 Milan Ave., Lot 81, was arrested on a Huron County Juvenile Court contempt of court warrant while investigating a domestic altercation Thursday. Rose was released Friday from the Huron County Jail after posting bond.

An area resident reported losing his Verizon Samsung cell phone Thursday near Veterans Memorial Lake Park.

A West Willard Avenue resident reported a juvenile ran into her garage door on his bicycle Thursday.

Peggy Fairchild, 47, whose address was unavailable, was charged with disorderly conduct in connection with threatening a 13-year-old girl Thursday.

An area resident reported a tractor-trailer damaged the fencing at the Walgreens construction site Thursday.

Melinda M. Holtz, 35, whose address was unavailable, was arrested on an undisclosed Erie County Sheriff's Office warrant Thursday and turned over to a deputy.

Jennifer Myers, 25, of 16 Macintosh Road, was arrested on four warrants Thursday on charges of assault, failure to appear for a preliminary hearing, criminal damaging and failure to appear. She currently is in custody at the Huron County Jail.

An area resident reported the theft of two marble vases from a headstone within the last week at Woodlawn Cemetery.

Peter L. Sazdanoff and Jeremy W. Schaffer, both 25, whose addresses were unavailable, were charged with disorderly conduct in connection with a Benedict Avenue business fight Friday.

Entered a 14-year-old State Street girl as missing Friday after police didn't find her at her home. A juvenile court probation officer earlier reported her ankle monitor alarm had been activated.

Michael R. Ezell, 26, whose address was unavailable, was charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing official business in connection with a Whittlesey Avenue incident Friday.

Thomas R. Meadows, 20, of 520 Milan Ave., Lot 179, was arrested on a local warrant Friday at the Warren County Sheriff's Office and charged with probation violation in connection with failing to pay restitution. He currently is in custody at the Huron County Jail.

Christopher F. Rowe, 41, of Newton Terrace, Apt. 7C, was arrested on five warrants Friday and charged with failure to pay fines and costs. He currently is in custody at the Huron County Jail.

Carolyn S. Horner, 50, of 5172 N. U.S. 250, was arrested on a Huron County Common Pleas Court warrant Friday and charged with trafficking in drugs. She currently is in custody at the Huron County Jail.

A Grand Avenue resident reported there was an abandoned Mongoose bicycle in his yard Friday.

A Main Street School teacher reported the theft of his Sony PSP, memory card and computer case Friday.

A West Main Street resident reported the theft of a statue from behind his house Friday.

Mark E. Urbine, 33, of 28G Bouscay Ave., was arrested on a warrant Saturday and charged with failure to pay fines and costs on the original charge of passing bad checks. He is serving a 10-day sentence at the Huron County Jail.

An area resident reported the theft of his iPod on Saturday at Memorial Lake Drive.

Confiscated the key of an abandoned, unlocked 2005 Chevrolet Aveo which had been parked in a Westwind Drive business parking lot for about a week as of Saturday. The car belongs to a North Fairfield man.

A Central Boulevard resident reported vandalism to his truck Saturday.

William Preece, 49, of 26 Spring St., Apt. A14, was arrested on 18 local warrants Saturday at the Summit County Jail and charged with failure to pay fines and costs. He is serving a 50-day sentence at the Huron County Jail.

Christine Russell, 41, of Cleveland, was arrested on 12 warrants Sunday and charged with failure to pay fines and costs. She is serving a 30-day sentence at the Huron County Jail.

Christopher W. Fyffe, 22, whose address was unavailable, was charged with disorderly conduct in connection with a Benedict Avenue business incident Sunday.

David L. Fligor, 20, of 56 1/2 Milan Ave., was arrested and charged with underage consumption in connection with a Benedict Avenue business incident Sunday. Police forwarded a report to the Norwalk Law Director's office for the consideration of charges in connection with an officer find a suspected marijuana pipe on him. Fligor currently is in custody at the Huron County Jail.

Nathan Sanger, 28, whose address was unavailable, was arrested and charged with burglary and released in connection with a Bank Street disturbance Sunday.

A Jefferson Street resident reported the theft of his Craftsman riding lawnmower from his garage in the last five days. The incident remains under investigation.

Joel Deleon, 31, of 5144 U.S. 250, Lot 27, was arrested on a contempt of court warrant Sunday and charged with driving under a failure to re-instate suspension. He currently is in custody at the Huron County Jail.

A South West Street resident reported the theft of multiple tools and his wristwatch Sunday.
