Norwalk City Schools may begin educating preschoolers with mental disabilities

Christie Lane School is working on an agreement that would allow Norwalk City Schools to take on education of preschoolers with mental disabilities, according to Christie Lane Superintendent Dee Zeffiro-Krenisky. The Huron County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities voted earlier this year to find an alternative agency to support the preschool program for children ages 3 to 6, she said.
