Domestic violence felony charge filed against Norwalk man

A Norwalk man earlier convicted of domestic violence faces a felony stemming from an incident Wednesday.

Charles K. Case, 28, of 133 N. West St. Apt. C3, has a history of felonious assault, Norwalk Assistant Law Director Stuart O'Hara said.

The victim in Wednesday's incident sustained some bruising, but wasn't hospitalized.

Case was convicted in 1999 through Norwalk Municipal Court of domestic violence, which led to a fourth-degree felony in connection with the recent incident, O'Hara said.
