HIGHWAY PATROL

Salvador T. Leon, 43, of 44 Franklin St., was charged with failure to yield the right of way when turning left Saturday in the collision with the vehicle driven by Brandon M. Romell, 17, of 5912 Ohio 113, Berlin Heights, at the intersection of Ohio 61 and Ohio 61.

No citation was issued Sunday immediately after Robert A. Henshaw II, 18, of 3177 Alpha Road, Greenwich, went off the left side of Baseline Road, hit a ditch and overturned. Shiloh EMS transported him to MedCentral Health System in Mansfield with serious injuries. No further information was available on Henshaw's condition.

Assisted North Central EMS at 11:01 a.m. Wednesday at 3 Marshall St. Returned to station at 11:22.

Assisted North Central EMS at 7:00 a.m. today at 21 White Tail Way. Returned to station at 7:20.

NORWALK POLICE

North Central EMS transported a male patient to Fisher-Titus Medical Center and released him after he spoke to a mental health professional Wednesday.

A Walnut Street resident reported the theft of a baggie containing $10 to $15 of change from the center console of his vehicle and a prescription bottle of Percoset bottles from his pickup truck Wednesday. The incident remains under investigation.

A 14-year-old boy reported being assaulted Wednesday at Norwalk High School. The incident remains under investigation.

Allen M. Alley, 49, whose address wasn't available, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing official business in connection with a Benedict Avenue business incident Wednesday.

Melinda J. Harper, 39, of whose address wasn't available, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in connection with a Whittlesey Avenue incident Wednesday. North Central EMS transported her earlier to Fisher-Titus Medical Center for evaluation and treatment.

SHERIFF'S OFFICE

Two residents on East U.S. 20, Wakeman, reported domestic situations Wednesday.

An area resident reported an undisclosed theft from a Fayette Road, New London, construction site Wednesday.

An Ohio 601 resident accused a relative of having a suspected mental episode Wednesday.

An area resident wanted to have a suspect removed from South Main Street, North Fairfield, and suspected there were drugs there Wednesday.

Kevin Brown, 35, of Sandusky, was arrested on a local warrant Wednesday at the Erie County Jail and charged with theft, a third-degree felony. He was released later from the Huron County Jail after posting 10 percent of $5,000.

An East U.S. 20, Wakeman, resident reported the attempted theft of his pain medication during a trespassing incident Wednesday.

An area resident reported an undisclosed incident involving minors Wednesday on West U.S. 224, Willard.
