Norwalk scored six runs in the top of the eighth inning this afternoon to defeat St. Paul 9-3 in the "Battle of Norwalk" at All Pro Freight Stadium in Avon.
Trailing 3-2, the Truckers (5-1) rallied to force the extra inning.
Norwalk entertains Perkins Thursday in its home opener, while the Flyers (1-2) travel to New London.
