A man lost control of his car and crashed into a home this morning, knocking the house off of its foundation and sending the driver the Fisher-Titus Medical Center.
The driver, who was not identified at the scene, was "experiencing chest pains," according to Norwalk Police Capt. Mike Conney.

The property owner, Jerry Zakerski, was home but not injured, according to Conney.
Zakerski lives in the Midtown Manor, 520 Milan Ave., Lot No. 1l
"According to the gentleman, he was heading north on this drive and, clearly, he did not stop there," Conney said. "He's not sure if he blacked out.
"The trailer was knocked at least seven feet off its foundation. The inside looks like an earthquake."
Zakerski's cat also was in the home. The animal was not injured but "scared," Conney said.
"He (Zakerski) was in great spirits for having his house knocked off the foundation," Conney said. "He was shaken up from the experience."
