Jake's Radiator Inc. has received an "exceptional" rating in the NAPA AutoCare Customer Service Index Program for the first quarter of 2007. This program is conducted by the National Automotive Parts Association and is an evaluation of the service strengths and weaknesses of AutoCare Centers.
