Stuffed baked potatoes
1 tsp. butter per potato
1 tsp. sour cream per potato
1 slice American cheese per potato
1 slice bacon per potato
Salt and pepper to taste
Set over at 350 degrees. Wash potatoes, top slice down not all the way through. Wrap in foil.
Spoon out inside of potato in mixing bowl making a shell for mix to go back in potato. Add butter, cheese, sour cream, bacon. Stir may need more sour cream and splash of milk. Put in potato shells and top with crumb bacon and cheese until ready to serve.
Mushrooms
1 pound fresh mushrooms
1 onion (large, yellow)
Fresh garlic
Fresh ground pepper to taste
Olive oil
Butter
Slice and wash mushrooms. Peel and slice onion. Heat oil, melt butter and add garlic and pepper and stir. Add onion and mushrooms.
Fresh lettuce salad
Raspberry vinaigrette
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup raspberry wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
Leaf lettuce
Onion rings
Parmesan cheese
Fruit raspberries, oranges, strawberries
Croutons
Marinated steaks with mushrooms, stuffed baked potato and salad
Steaks can be bought already-marinated in lemon pepper seasoning. Then grill.
