DUI CONVICTIONS

NORWALK The following people recently were convicted of drunken driving in Norwalk Municipal Court:

Michael A. Quiggle, 26, 714 Dale St., Willard. Violation date: March 11. Conviction date: March 27. Sentence: $600 fine, $55 costs, six-month license suspension and three days in jail; credited with $250 and three days in jail time upon completion of alcohol intervention program (AIP); defendant shall have limited driving only on proof of insurance and occupation from March 27 to Sept. 11; defendant shall have vehicle released upon payment of towing and storage fees.

Randy M. Fagg, 37, 27 Sandy Trail, Willard. Violation date: Jan. 5. Conviction date: March 28. Sentence: $600 fine, $64.44 costs, six-month license suspension and three days in jail; credited with $250 and three days in jail time upon completion of AIP; 27 days in jail suspended and the defendant placed on probation for a period of two years on the following conditions: defendant shall abide by laws and have no convictions for two years from this date; defendant shall provide proof of restitution within 90 days; defendant shall pay fine and costs within 90 days.

Daniel W. Yoder, 37, 174 1/2 Benedict Ave., Norwalk. Violation date: March 11. Conviction date: March 27. Sentence: $600 fine, $55 costs, six-month license suspension and three days in jail; credited with $250 and three days in jail time upon completion of AIP; defendant granted 90 days to pay fine and costs.

Carlos A. Munoz Lima, 26, 6 Old State Road South, Norwalk. Violation date: March 28. Conviction date: April 2. Sentence: $600 fine, $65 costs; credited with $250 and three days in jail time upon completion of AIP; defendant to pay fine and costs within 90 days.

Alex J. Busek, 23, 2255 Ohio 60, Wakeman. Violation date: March 31. Conviction date: April 2. Sentence: $600 fine, $55 costs, six-month license suspension and three days in jail; credited with $250 and three days in jail time upon completion of AIP; defendant shall have limited driving only on proof of insurance and occupation from April 15 to Oct. 1.
