It was like a homecoming for Nick Dials.

He was sitting on the same bench that he sat more than a decade earlier at Anderson Arena, home of the Bowling Green State University Falcons.

Dials, a 2003 graduate of Willard High School, was a freshman playing in the regional basketball tournament. Sunday, Dials was at Anderson sitting on the bench with the Miami University Redhawks. Dials is director of operations with the team, building his resume --´which he is hoping one day will include a head coaching job.

Flash back for the former Flash when Dials was a freshman playing against Lima Shawnee in the regional opener. Fans will remember Dials getting sick to his stomach and throwing up in a garbage can during timeouts of the game. Most players would have stayed on the sidelines. Dials played through it.
