NORWALK The following people recently were convicted of drunken driving in Norwalk Municipal Court: Margaret L. Kern, 54, 1506 Zenobia Road, Norwalk. Violation date: Nov. 23, 2006. Conviction date: March 21, 2007. Sentence: $600 fine, $55 costs, six-month license suspension and three days in jail; credited with $250 and three days in jail time upon completion of alcohol intervention program (AIP); defendant shall have limited driving only on proof of insurance and occupation from March 21 to May 23.

NORWALK The following people recently were convicted of drunken driving in Norwalk Municipal Court:

Margaret L. Kern, 54, 1506 Zenobia Road, Norwalk. Violation date: Nov. 23, 2006. Conviction date: March 21, 2007. Sentence: $600 fine, $55 costs, six-month license suspension and three days in jail; credited with $250 and three days in jail time upon completion of alcohol intervention program (AIP); defendant shall have limited driving only on proof of insurance and occupation from March 21 to May 23.

Carla S. Jadwisiak, 29, 6 E. Elm St., Norwalk. Violation date: Dec. 23, 2006. Conviction date: March 23, 2007. Sentence: $600 fine, $64.44 costs, six-month license suspension and three days in jail; credited with $250 and three days in jail time upon completion of AIP; defendant shall have limited driving only on proof of insurance and occupation from March 23 to June 23; defendant shall have vehicle released from impound upon payment of towing and storage.

Stephen R. Berry, 24, 66 1/2 E. Main St., Norwalk. Violation date: Feb. 18. Conviction date: March 20. Sentence: $600 fine, $55 costs, six-month license suspension and three days in jail; credited with $250 and three days in jail time upon completion of AIP; defendant shall have limited driving only on proof of insurance and occupation from March 20 to Aug. 18; defendant shall have administrative license suspension terminated; defendant shall have vehicle and plates released upon payment of towing and storage fees.

Adalberto Lopez Reynoso, 25, of Marion. Violation date: March 18. Conviction date: March 26. Sentence: $600 fine, $86 costs, six-month license suspension and six days in jail; credited with $250 and three days in jail time upon completion of AIP; defendant was advised there could be possible deportation consequences pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code.

Michael L. DeLeon, 32, 1 Second St., Norwalk. Violation date: March 20. Conviction date: March 26. Sentence: $600 fine, $55 costs, six-month license suspension and three days in jail; credited with $250 and three days in jail time upon completion of AIP.

Edward L. Moman, 58, 4435 Gibbs Road, Norwalk. Violation date: March 25. Conviction date: March 26. Sentence: $800 fine, $65 costs, one-year license suspension and 10 days in jail; defendant shall have limited driving only on proof of insurance and occupation from April 25 to March 25, 2008; valid only with restricted plates; defendant shall pay the fines and costs within 90 days.

Kevin L. Carpenter, 44, 410 E. Walton St., Lot 25, Willard. Violation date: March 25. Conviction date: March 26. Sentence: $600 fine, $65 costs, six-month license suspension and three days in jail; credited with $250 and three days in jail time upon completion of AIP; defendant shall have limited driving only on proof of insurance and occupation from April 9 to Sept. 25.

Richard A. Mesenburg, 39, 40 S. Main St., Apt. A, Monroeville. Violation date: July 26, 1991. Conviction date: March 22, 2007. Sentence: $1,100 fine, $90 costs, two-year license suspension and 30 days in jail; defendant is ordered to report to Recovery Centre of Huron County within seven days of release and comply with evaluation and counseling as directed by the Centre; defendant shall pay fines and costs within 180 days.

Richard B. Logan, 34, 1505 Chenango Road, Wakeman. Violation date: Jan. 27. Conviction date: March 22. Sentence: $800 fine, $65 costs, one-year license suspension and 90 days in jail, 80 days suspended and the defendant placed on probation for a period of two years on the following conditions: defendant shall abide by laws and have no convictions for two years from this date; defendant shall show proof restitution within 90 days; defendant shall pay fines and costs within 90 days; defendant shall have limited driving only on proof of insurance, occupation, and restricted plates, from March 22 to Jan. 27, 2008, not valid operation with any commercial vehicle.
