Norwalk trooper is first to graduate from Police Executive Leadership College

When Sgt. Mary Mack of the state Highway Patrol graduated from the Police Executive Leadership College, she made history. She is the first Norwalk state trooper to attend PELC, a three-week leadership training program open to all law enforcement officials. "The result of Sgt. Mack's attendance at PELC will be evidenced in her enhanced management and leadership skills. Our agency and community will be the beneficiaries of Sgt. Mack's accomplishment," said Lt. Jim Bryan, the Norwalk post commander.
