Libertarian Bob Williams is hoping to unseat Republican incumbent Terry Boose in the Nov. 2 race for the 58th House District representative seat.

Williams, of Lorain County’s Pittsfield Township, said people are telling him “American is over.”
“People don’t see how we’re going to get out of this mess,” he said.

Williams said a way to get things turned around is trying to get a handle on the cost of war. “The cost of Bush and Blair’s war, which is now Obama-powered, is $30 billion since 2002 in Ohio and has cost Lorain County $100 million,” he said. “We cannot afford these wars.”
