NORWALK FIRE

Assisted North Central EMS with a patient at 8:14 a.m. Wednesday at 149 Tucker Ave. Returned to station at 8:21.

NORWALK POLICE

Gerald J. Goodsite Jr., 28, of Sandusky, was arrested on two warrants Wednesday and charged with failure to pay fines and costs. He is serving a 10-day sentence at the Huron County Jail.

William L. Birch, 32, whose age and address wasn't available, was arrested on a local warrant Wednesday at the Mansfield Correctional Institution and charged with failure to pay fines and costs. He was cited and released.

Robert Green, whose age and address wasn't available, was arrested, charged with driving under the influence during a Milan Avenue traffic stop Wednesday and released. Police had his car and license plates seized as evidence.

Yancy Crawford, 36, of Sandusky, was arrested on two local warrants Wednesday at the Erie County Jail and charged with failure to pay fines and costs. He currently is in custody at the Huron County Jail.

Chad C. Holbrook, 33, whose age and address wasn't available, was arrested, charged with disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana in connection with an East Main Street business disturbance and released today.

Responded to a suspected trespassing-related Parsons Street disturbance incident today. Kevin R. Elmer, 44, whose address was not available, was arrested on an undisclosed charge.

The Sandusky Police Department reported having Patricia A. Clark, 18, of Sandusky, in custody on two local warrants today. She was charged with underage consumption and disorderly conduct and currently is in custody at the Huron County Jail.

An area truck driver reported finding the front window of Rule Street business shattered today.

A Zenobia Road, Wakeman, resident reported her son was missing Tuesday.

An Ohio 113, Bellevue, resident reported his wife and two sons were missing Tuesday. They last were heading west from Akron on the Ohio Turnpike.

A Niver Road, Willard, resident reported being assaulted Tuesday.

Dispatchers were advised of two alarm activations at a North U.S. 250 business Tuesday.

Dispatchers received a 9-1-1 call from an area resident who reported his relative died Tuesday on Heyman Road, Bellevue. North Central EMS and a deputy were dispatched.

A Farris Lane resident reported a neighbor dispute Tuesday.

A Holiday Drive, Willard, resident reported seeing a suspicious pedestrian Tuesday.

Dispatchers received a 9-1-1 call from an area motorist on Ohio 18 who said a driver heading west ran the complainant off the road while passing him Tuesday.

A DeRussey Road, Collins, resident reported three broken windows at his home Tuesday.

The state Highway Patrol requested assistance with serving an unspecified warrant on a suspect Tuesday on Cook Road, New London.

Dispatchers received a 9-1-1 call about an unruly juvenile Tuesday on East U.S. 20, Collins.

A Deep Dale Drive resident reported a visitation-related domestic dispute Tuesday with someone who refused to leave.

A Greenwich Milan Townline Road, North Fairfield, resident reported a domestic threat and being threatened Tuesday.

The manager of an East U.S. 20, Wakeman, mobile home reported having problems with a female suspect accused of being intoxicated Tuesday.

An employee of a U.S. 20 business accused a guest of causing problems and damaging a door Tuesday.

Charell Schluchter, 23, of 21H Sycamore Drive, was arrested on a Willard Police Department warrant Tuesday, charged with passing bad checks and released.

Stanley T. Culver Jr., 33, of 212 Concord Court, was arrested on a Norwalk Police Department warrant Tuesday and charged with failure to pay fines and costs on a disorderly conduct conviction. He currently is in custody at the Huron County Jail.

Performed a driving under the influence-related traffic stop Wednesday on Slessman Drive, Plymouth.

Dispatchers were advised of alarm activations Wednesday at businesses on East U.S. 224, Greenwich; Bullhead Road, Willard, and Shady Lane Drive, Norwalk.

Contacted the owner of an abandoned Ford Ranger parked on DeRussey Road, Collins, which had been towed after it ran out of gas Wednesday.

A Niver Road, Willard, resident accused his brother of leaving home Wednesday while on probation under house arrest and going to his girlfriend's house in Willard. A Huron County Juvenile Court probation officer said the boy should be reported as missing.

A Neal Zick Road, Willard, resident reported a suspicious vehicle that had been sitting there most of Wednesday.

Residents on Elm Street, New London, and St. John Road, Wakeman, reported telephone harassment Wednesday.

A Plank Road resident accused a passing motorist of making obscene hand gestures while speeding Wednesday.
