Galion man arrested in Greenwich beatings

A Galion man is in custody at the Huron County Jail in connection with a March 18 rural Greenwich burglary. Authorities said charges are pending against his co-defendant and half-brother. Eric D. Cover, 19, is charged with conspiracy to commit burglary, a third-degree felony. He is accused of being one the masked suspects who entered a Greenwich Milan Townline Road home by force, assaulting a couple, tying them up and leaving with an undisclosed amount of cash.
