At first singles for Norwalk (8-1, 4-0), Megan Berry topped Macy Boger (6-1, 6-0), while Gabby Horowitz swept Kelsey Osborne at second singles (6-0, 6-0). Lauren Metcalf got the win at third singles by default.
At first singles, Jordan Gran and Sela Berry topped Karsyn Brewer and Olivia Stacklin (6-1, 6-0). At No. 2 doubles, Mara Berry and Alexa Moore beat Kara Schockley and Emilley Smith (6-0, 6-0).
Norwalk is scheduled to host Willard today in a matchup of top SBC Lake and Bay division teams.

FREMONT — The Crimson Flashes improved to 5-1 overall and 3-0 in the Bay with a sweep over host St. Joseph Central Catholic.
Emma Moll won 6-1, 6-0 at first singles for Willard, while Addy Paxton cruised to a sweep (6-0, 6-0) at No. 2 singles — with Carlee Gibson winning by default at third singles.
At No. 1 doubles, Addie Slone and Jo Brubaker also had quick work, winning 6-1, 6-0. Meanwhile, the second doubles team of Kennedy Daub and Tori Barnett won in a sweep (6-0, 6-0).
Western Reserve 3, Mapleton 0
COLLINS — The Roughriders picked up their second Firelands Conference win of the season with Tuesday’s win over visiting Mapleton.
For the ‘Riders, Avery Tubbs was 21-of-22 hitting with 13 kills, with Emma Weber adding eight kills. Hannah Burke was 27 for 27 serving with 24 points and four aces, and finished 63-of-65 setting with 27 assists.
Also for Western, which hosts Plymouth on Thursday, Jessa Riley was 12 for 12 serving with 11 points, and Morgan Spettle added seven points.
South Central 3, New London 1
GREENWICH — The Trojans picked up an FC win by topping the visiting Wildcats in four games, 25-12, 24-26, 25-21, 25-17.
For South Central, Izzy Hauler was 38-of-40 with 12 kills and 27 digs, while Taylor Sexton added eight kills and 24 digs. Ellery McKee was 125-of-127 setting with 26 assists, and Lorin Walcher had 28 digs.
For New London, Gabby Ledbetter had nine kills, while Katie Layport added seven and Catherine Blaser had six. Brooklyn Hudson added 12 points with five aces, to go with 22 digs, and Erykah Swords had 10 digs.
Also for the ‘Cats, Lili Bartow was 77-of-77 with 21 assists.

MILAN — Edison swept Margaretta in SBC Bay division action on Tuesday, 25-19, 25-22, 25-23.
For the Chargers (2-3, 1-0), Hannah Vitaz had seven kills, 10 points, one ace and three blocks, while Grace Houser had 15 digs and five points, Natalie Lambert had 21 assists, five points and one ace, and Kira Appeman had eight kills, six digs, four points and one ace.
Lilli Schuster had four kills, 12 digs, eight points and one ace for Edison, while Melissa Kuhl had four kills and Jessica Stoll had two kills. Olivia Vitaz had five assists and one block, while Halina Krul added three digs and six points.
Edison returns to action Thursday at Vermilion.
Bellevue 3, Sandusky 0
SANDUSKY — The Lady Red improved to 5-0 overall and won its SBC Lake opener over host Sandusky on Tuesday.
Bellevue won by scores of 25-11, 25-19, 25-23.
For the Lady Red, Payton Vogel was 25-of-30 with 16 kills, three blocks and 10 digs. Taylor Baxter was 19-of-23 hitting with 13 kills and 10 digs, and Molly Bullion was 75-of-75 setting with 35 assists while also going 23 for 23 serving with four aces.
Perkins 175, Bellevue 188
CLYDE — The Redmen fell in Monday’s SBC Lake division match against the visiting Pirates at Sleepy Hollow golf course.
Hudson Strayer was low for Bellevue (1-4) with a 45. He was followed by Garrett Vickery (46), Connor Rospert (47), Adam Hosang (50), Layne Krupp (53) and Jackson Moyer (54).
Bellevue girls win Shelby quad
SHELBY — The Lady Red cross country team placed five runners in the top 10 to score 36 points and finish ahead of Shelby (42) and Willard (50) in Tuesday’s two-mile race.
Madelyn Verhoff (14:39) was fourth overall, followed by Lindsey Spurlock in fifth (14:40), Lilli Ray (14:57) in seventh and Rylee Bollenbacher (15:14) in ninth.
On the boys side, Shelby scored 27 points, followed by Willard (46), Norwalk (58) and the Redmen (97).
Top finishers for Bellevue included Zach Cleveland (10th, 12:04), Cayden Adams (14th, 12:22) and Caleb Wenzel (24th, 13:07)
Plymouth boys third at host Invite
PLYMOUTH — The Plymouth Big Red boys cross country team placed third out of seven teams at its host Invitational on Tuesday.
Pacing the Big Red was Levi Robinson’s third-place finish. The girls finished in fifth place and were led by Olivia Fidler, who finished ninth.
St. Paul girls fall at Oak Harbor
OAK HARBOR — The St. Paul girls golf team shot a 210 to finish behind host Oak Harbor and Margaretta in a tri-match on Monday at the Oak Harbor Golf Club.
Miller Hosack was the low scorer for St. Paul with a 49. She was followed by Sara Scavuzzo (53), Tori Pocos (54), and Cassie Baker (54). St. Paul is back in action Wednesday at CIC with Port Clinton and Vermilion.
Western boys shoot a 205
NORWALK — The Western Reserve boys golf team — in its first season — shot a 205 as a team in Monday’s tri-match with Firelands Conference opponents New London (168) and St. Paul (228) on Monday at Eagle Creek.
For the Roughriders, Matt Jarrett had the lowest score with a 43. He was followed by Gary Uhler (53), Luke Rowlinson (54), Johnny Skrada (55) and Camden Hankins (59).
