GREENWICH — Jason Dale Furr, 40, of Greenwich, died unexpectedly Saturday at home.

He was born October 11, 1977 in Bucyrus, to Roger and Barbara (Greathouse) Furr.

He enjoyed music, martial arts and, most of all, being with his family.

He is survived by his mother, Barbara (Greathouse) Furr of Greenwich; three siblings, Tammy Mills of Greenwich, Melinda (Randy) Osborne of Shiloh and Jeromy Furr of Greenwich; nieces and nephews, Meagan (Joel) Olney, Joshua (Hollie) Mills, Hope (Shannon) Stout, Chelsea Thornsberry (Alex Loar), Scotty Thornsberry, Elizandria Furr, Gabriel Furr, Chris Coulter and Treij Coulter; great-nieces and great-nephews, Gavin, Maverick and Alivia Olney; Brayden, Bryson and Alexa Mills; Bentley, Lukas and Ivy Stout; Kaylin Carnahan and Aria Loar; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends; and canine friend, Everette.

He is preceded in death by his father, Roger D. Furr.

Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Secor Funeral Home in Plymouth, where the funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday with Pastor Danny Akers officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery in Shiloh.
