Marie (Melvin) Dudziak

 Marie (Melvin) Dudziak, age 89 1/2, of Wakeman, died on Wednesday November 20, 2013 at Fisher-Titus Medical Center in Norwalk.

She was born on May 5, 1924 in Canton and has lived in Wakeman with her daughter Rita for last 15 years. She graduated from Brecksville High School. She worked at Cleveland Gear for 20 years, retiring in 1989. She was a member of the Birmingham Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses having been baptized in 1975. She loved spending time with her family, music, flowers, butterflies, and her dedication to her loving creator, Jehovah God was first in her life.

She is survived by her children, Sandra (Tom) Susko, of Norwalk, Rita (Jim) VanHentenryck, of Wakeman, Ted (JoAnn) Dudziak Jr., of Garfield Heights, Theresa Demas, of Berea, Shirley (Andy) Gabre, of Westlake, and Christine (Dean) Wenning, of Strongsville, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Herbert and Margaret (Sutherin) Melvin, and her siblings, Earl Melvin, Graydon Melvin, Evelyn Postlewaite, Pauline Brubach, Mary Elizabeth Wooten, Charles Taze Melvin.

Friends may call on Monday November 25, 2013 from 2:00 pm until the time of services at 4:00 pm at the Morman Funeral Home, 16 Cooper Street, Wakeman, Ohio 44889. James Bartow will be officiating. Private burial will take place at Wakeman Cemetery.
