Richard "Dick" Leibolt

 Richard "Dick" Leibolt, 75, of New London, passed away Thursday October 24, 2013 at his home.

He was born on June 13, 1938, in Ashland, to the late Martin and Mildred (Vaughn) Leibolt.

Dick served in the United States Navy in 1957 and moved to New London in 1961. He worked nearly 40 years at Firelands Electric Coop as a line construction foreman.

He was a member of the New London Eagles and American Legion. Dick loved riding motorcycles and had traveled all over the United States visiting all but 2 states. He also enjoyed watching NASCAR, motorcycle racing, rodeos and bull riding.

Dick is survived by his wife of 52 years, Sandy (Miller); son, Ritchie (Carol) Leibolt of New London; grandchildren, Jeremy (Kristen) Leibolt of Amherst and Matthew Leibolt of New London; great grandchildren, Camryn, Spencer and Wesley; sister, Barbara Briggs of Ashland and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Johnny.
