Arthur R. Wallrabenstein, 75, Monroeville, died Monday, February 11, 2013 in Fisher-Titus Medical Center.
He was born on September 19, 1937 in Norwalk, and graduated in 1956 from North Fairfield High School. He was a U.S. Navy veteran.
Arthur was employed by Don Tester Ford as a service manager.
He was a member of the American Legion Post #706 in North Fairfield, loved the outdoors, playing baseball, dartball, and golfing. He was always a kid, riding and racing four wheels at the racetrack on Rt. 61.
He is survived by his wife Fran (Garner) Wallrabenstein; sons, Greg (Peg) Wallrabenstein, Sandusky, Steve (Dawn) Wallrabenstein, Ashland, and Mike (Diane) Wallrabenstein, Monroeville; eight grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and a sister, Pat (Ron) Danhoff, New Haven.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Elsie (Weilnau) Wallrabenstein.
Friends may call on Monday, February 18, 2013 from 10 A.M. until time of funeral services at 1 P.M. in the Willard Christian Alliance Church, 1609 S. Conwell St., Willard, OH 44890. Rev. Jim Trainer will officiate. Burial will be in North Fairfield Cemetery, with the Norwalk American Legion providing military honors.
