Vera Inskeep, 93, of Bellevue, died Tuesday at The Willows.
Local survivors include her sister, Rosalie (Charles) Bookmyer of Bellevue.
Friends may call from 1:30 p.m. until her funeral service at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Auxter Funeral Home, 1105 Castalia St., Bellevue.
