HENRIETTA — Dorothy L. “Dot” Davis, age 77, of Henrietta, died Wednesday at her home. She was born on July 17, 1930 in Masontown, WV, and has lived in the Henrietta area for 45 years.
She was a graduate of Masontown High School. She was a homemaker who loved sewing and crafts. She was a very active member of the Birmingham United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years Frank, her sons Kenneth (Diane) Davis, of Birmingham, Gene (Lynn) Davis, of Berlin Heights, Fred (Ruth) Davis, of Brownhelm, a sister Lois (Jim) Stephens, of St. Petersburg, FL, two brothers Keith Pyles, of Lorain, and Tom (Vicki) McEwen, of FL, six grandchildren and was expecting her first great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents Noah and Mildred (Spangler) Pyles.
Friends may call on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 at the Morman Funeral Home, 16 Cooper Street, Wakeman. Friends may also call on Saturday at the Birmingham United Methodist Church from 10:00 am until the time of services at 11:00. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Berlin Heights.
