BERLIN HEIGHTS - William R. Waldron, 58, of Oxford and formerly of Medina and Berlin Heights, died last week at his home.

He was born April 8, 1949 in Sandusky and had lived in Oxford for the last two years. He graduated from Berlin Heights High School in 1967 and Miami (Ohio) University in Oxford, with a bachelor's degree in physical education. He was also a computer programmer and a certified network administrator. He was a member of the Oxford Bible Fellowship Church.

He enjoyed woodworking, photography and he was an avid bicyclist. He also voluteered for different activities in his community.

He is survived by his parents, James and Faye (Gillespie) Waldron of Berlin Heights; daughters, Kara Waldron (and her fianc Andy Simenz) of Rittman, Emily Waldron of Newburgh Heights; a sister, Faye (David) Gede of Berlin Heights; his twin brother, Robert D. (Bonnie) Waldron of Sandusky; and one niece and one nephew.

Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Morman-Hinman-Tanner Funeral Home, 38 South St., Berlin Heights. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Berlin Heights.

Memorial gifts may be sent to either Boy Scout Troop 236 in Berlin Heights, the Epilepsy Foundation, or to the donor's local Humane Society.
