MONROE, Mich. - Sue M. Rodich, 69, of Monroe, Mich., died Friday at the University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor, Mich.
She was born May 14, 1938 in New London, Ohio to the late Archie and Marian (Gifford) Case.
She graduated from Bowling Green State University with her bachelor of education degree. She had been a teacher for Monroe Public Schools. She then worked for the Monroe County Historical Museum as their education coordinator for 15 years retiring in 2003. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Monroe Boat Club and a member of the Monroe County Historical Society.
She is survived by her son, Michael (Beth Nichols) Rodich of Monroe, Mich.; a daughter, Diane Rodich of Ringoes, New Jersey; a brother and sister-in-law, Gerald and Peggy Case of New London, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Rodich Aug. 17, 1989, whom she married Dec. 21, 1964.
Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Allore Chapel - Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 203 E. Elm Ave., Monroe, Michigan where funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery in Monroe.
