NORWALK - Pauline Clara O'Donnell, 83, of Norwalk, died Wednesday morning at Fisher Titus Medical Center in Norwalk.
She was born Dec. 21, 1923 in Peru Township. She was a graduate of Monroeville High School and early in her life worked at Rotary Printing. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Norwalk and its Rosary & Altar Society and was a lifetime member of the Firelands Genealogy Society. She enjoyed traveling and latch working.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Holly O'Donnell of St. Anne, Ill.; a granddaughter and grandson; an aunt, Rosalyn Wise of Norwalk; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Robert F. O'Donnell in 1998; parents, Walter and Clara (Schaffer) Hauler; and brothers, Leonard Hauler and Clifford Hauler.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main St., Norwalk, where a wake service will be held at 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will take place at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary Catholic Church, 38 W. League St. The Rev. Frank Speier, pastor of the church, will officiate. Burial will follow in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery.
