SHILOH - Larry H. Noble, 60, of Shiloh, died Friday at his home with his family around him.
He was born Jan.15, 1947 in Mansfield, son of the late Howard and Evelyn (Amstutz) Noble, and had been a Shelby/Shiloh resident all his life. A 1966 graduate of Plymouth High School, he had worked at the former Tappan Corp., then at the U-Brand Corp. and retired as a truck driver with FedEx.
He was a member of the Taylortown Community Church where he was a former deacon. He also was a former volunteer fireman with Shiloh Fire Department. He enjoyed woodworking, working on lawn tractors and lawn work. He especially enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He carried his well-known sense of humor right up to the end.
He is survived by his wife, Regina (Whitaker) Noble, whom he married Oct. 20, 1995; sons and a daughter-in-law, Kevin and Lynette Noble of Shelby, and Douglas Noble of Shelby; two grandsons; his twin sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Lee Chronister of Shiloh; stepchildren and their spouses, Bryan and Angel Oney of Pataskala, Carla and Eric Rohner of Norton, and Lisa and Eric Coey of Greenwich; and seven stepgrandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Carolyn Seaman.
Friends may call from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Secor Funeral Home in Plymouth, where funeral services will take place at 1 p.m. Monday with the Rev. Richard Hurles officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery in Shiloh.
