FREMONT -- Irma A. Ehrman, 86, formerly of Sunrise Boulevard in Fremont, died Tuesday at Countryside Continuing Care Center.

She was born Sept. 19, 1920, in Millersville to the late Anthony E. and Matilda M. (Gabel) Miller.

She was employed by the Christy Co. as an assembler/packer for 11 years. She also worked as a custodian at Hayes United Methodist Church, retiring in 1980. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and a member of the Sacred Heart Rosary Altar Confraternity.

She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Ruth Ann (Farnham) Randolph of Gibsonburg and Kathy M. and Raymond Stephenson of Attica; sons and daughters-in-law, Theodore B. and Tricia Ehrman of Northwood, Harold A. and Evelyn "Liz" Ehrman of Norwalk, John A. and Joy Ehrman of Humble, Texas; a brother, Ralph J. Miller; sisters, Olivia Baumann, Genevieve Fisher, both of Fremont and Florence Fredritz of Vanlue; 13 grandchildren, two stepgrandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, nine step great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard T. Ehrman whom she married on Feb. 3, 1940 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Fremont and he preceded her Sept. 25, 1997; and brothers, Carl A., Leo A. and Paul B. Miller.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Wonderly-Horvath Funeral Home and Crematory, where a vigil will take place at 8 p.m. The funeral service will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. The Rev. William Pifher will officiate. Burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, Fremont.
