NORWALK - Frank W. Epperley, 55, of Norwalk, Ohio died Thursday in South Bend, Ind.
He was born Aug. 8, 1951 in Beckley, W.Va. to Amos and Nellie (Salango) Epperley and came to this area in 1984.
He was an Army veteran and served in Korea.
He was a truck driver for E&L Transport of Lorain. He was a member of Teamsters Local 964. He enjoyed fishing and camping.
He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, David W. and Heather Epperley of Norwalk, and Christopher S. and Annie Epperley of Pittsburgh; daughters and sons-in-law, Amber M. and Rick Gough of Eastlake, Heather A. and Ed Carter of Berlin Heights, and Kimberly D. Epperley of Charleston, S.C.; nine grandchildren; his mother, Nellie Zopp of Rupert, W.Va.; brothers, Michael Epperley of Houston and Eddie Epperley of Cleveland; sisters and brother-in-law, Toni Waldeck of Youngstown and Karen and Tom Hearn of Cleveland.
He was preceded in death by his father, Amos Epperley in 1961; and a son, Daniel W. Epperley in 1974.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at Walker Funeral Home, 98 W. Main St., Norwalk, where funeral services will take place at 2 p.m. Tuesday.
