BERLIN HEIGHTS Arthur Wright, 59, of Berlin Heights, died Wednesday at St. Francis Health Care Center in Green Springs.
He was born Dec. 8, 1947 in Norwalk and has lived in the area his whole life.
He was the son of Emma Wright, who owned the Wright Home for Retarded Children. He was a truck driver for many different companies throughout his life and also had a Snap-On Tool Franchise. He was a former member of the Huron Eagles. He was also a former member of the Berlin Township Fire Dept.
He is survived by his daughters, Jodi and Christine; four grandchildren; a sister, Elizabeth Wright of Chicago; a half sister, Dorothy Daniels of Berlin Heights; a half brother, Harold Wright of Huron; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, an aunt, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Emma Wright; and two half brothers, Stanley "Leroy" Wright and Richard Wright.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the Hinman-Tanner Funeral Home, 38 South St., Berlin Heights, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Berlin Heights.
