TIFFIN Anna Pauline Black, 76, of Tiffin, died Saturday at her home.
She was born Nov. 12, 1929 in Richmond, Ind. to the late Edwin E. and Anna C. (Wright) Dugan.
She was a 1947 graduate of Republic High School. She retired from the Tiffin Developmental Center.
She is survived by her children, Caroline (Harlin Jr.) Kuhn of Tiffin, Thomas E. (Nancy) Black of Norwalk, James R. (Suzanne) Black, John D. (Joyce) Black, Steven J. (Nancy) Black and William M. (Julie) Black all of Tiffin; and 19 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
She married Thurman E. Black on Aug. 9, 1947 in Tiffin, and he preceded her in death. She also was preceded in death by her parents, a grandchild and a great-grandchild.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Engle-Shook Funeral Home in Tiffin, where funeral services will take place at 10 a.m. Tuesday with pastor Cynthia Heising officiating. Burial will be in the Greenlawn Cemetery.
