A Huron woman faces a third-degree felony in connection with attempting to hide suspected drugs and paraphernalia during a traffic stop.
Laura B. Hundrick, 27, is charged with tampering with evidence in connection with an incident Friday. If convicted, she faces nine months to three years in prison.
"It is alleged she concealed something that turned out to be evidence," Norwalk Assistant Law Director Scott Christophel said. "During a traffic stop, she attempted to hide drugs and drug paraphernalia under her seat."
The Huron County Sheriff's Office seized the items as evidence. A deputy made the traffic stop on Benedict Avenue in Norwalk.
