Wrongdoing found in state tax department, Division of Wildlife and JFS

Marking 25 years of service, the Ohio Inspector General has issued the State of Ohio Office of the Inspector General 2013 Annual Report, summarizing the activities of the inspector general’s office during calendar year 2013.

The annual report outlines the mission of the Office of the Ohio Inspector General, and also includes a number of investigation summaries taken from over 100 reports of investigation issued in 2013.

As required by statute, Ohio Inspector General Randall Meyer has delivered the 2013 annual report to the governor, and each member of the Ohio General Assembly.

Ohio law also requires the annual report be made available to the public. To read the report, click on the link below.
