A suspected marijuana dealer was arrested this week when the Norwalk Police Department used a warrant at his residence.
Joshua J. Raymond, 34, of 31 E. Elm St., was arrested after a drug investigation, which included more than one controlled drug buy, Detective Sgt. Jim Fulton said. Police made the arrest about 1:40 p.m. Wednesday.
"We got $700, $100 of which was our buy money," Fulton said.
Police also seized some prescription medication and about a quarter-pound of marijuana.
"He was arrested without incident and very cooperative," Fulton said.
The detective started his investigation with Detective Sgt. Dave Pigman, who is now retired, and Detective Sgt. Seth Fry in late summer or early fall. Fry, Fulton, Sgt. Tom Cook and Officers Dave Daniels and Tim Skinner used the search warrant Wednesday.
