A Norwalk man pleaded guilty to one charge of trafficking in heroin Tuesday.

David A. Burrows, 23, of 47 Welton Ave., will be sentenced April 9 in Huron County Common Pleas Court. He remains out on a personal recognizance bond. That means he signed a court document in which he promised to appear for future hearings.

As part of a plea deal, prosecutors dismissed a second count of trafficking in heroin. The Norwalk Police Department coordinated the Aug. 9 and 12 controlled drug buys.
