A suspected drug dealer was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant when she showed up for a pre-trial hearing Thursday, but was released from custody later.
Heather M. Hodgkinson, 32, of 107 E. Main St., Apt. 2, was released Thursday on bond after being processed at the Huron County Jail.
Huron County Sheriff's Deputy Mitch Cawrse took the defendant into custody about 10 a.m. Thursday in common pleas court at the request of court administrator Linda Stower. Judge Jim Conway later ordered Hodgkinson to be released on a new $5,000 bond with a 10-percent provision; she had posted a similar bond earlier.
Hodgkinson is charged with three counts of trafficking in psilocyn, the main ingredient in what’s known as “magic mushrooms.”
