Will Norwalk school's levy be pulled off May ballot?

Could Norwalk City Schools pull its proposed levy off the May ballot and go for a different one in November?
That's the dilemma the district faces since Norwalk could receive as much as an 8.02 percent increase in funding over the next two years under Gov. John Kasich's new plan. Under the proposal, the district could receive $867,767 for fiscal year 2014. The funding plan requires committee review and testimony, passage in both house and Kasich's signature.
Superintendent Dennis Doughty said the governor's funding solution isn't entirely positive.
