Two women plead innocent to felonies

A pair of women pleaded innocent to unrelated felony charges this week in Huron County Common Pleas Court.
Contreras is out of jail on 10 percent of a $5,000 bond. He is prohibited from being on the 76-year-old victim's property.
Kristy L. Dunn, 30, of Oberlin, is charged with intimidation of a witness in connection with a Sept. 12 incident. The third-degree felony is punishable by nine to 36 months in prison and a $10,000 maximum fine. Her trial is set for Feb. 19.
Dunn also has a Jan. 17 trial scheduled for one count of trafficking in heroin. Attorneys have said Dunn is accused of threatening to physically harm a female witness involved in the suspected drug transaction which happened March 14. The defendant earlier posted a $10,000 bond.
Jamie L. Brady, 20, of 4150 Niver Road, is charged with tampering with evidence in connection with a Sept. 24 incident. If convicted, she faces nine to 36 months in prison and a $10,000 maximum fine.
The Huron County Sheriff's Office arrested Brady on Sept. 26 at an Ohio 99 residence in Greenfield Township during the investigation of some stolen all-terrain vehicles. She later posted 10 percent of a $5,000 bond. Brady's trial is scheduled for Feb. 5.
