School district treasurer Mike Wade's five-year forecast foresees $275,000 in negative spending in fiscal year 2015. He also predicted negative spending would increase through fiscal year 2017.
Wade said in his forecast, he reduced the expected revenue from property taxes, because he wasn't comfortable including it due to unknowns.
"I know things are going to change and I hope revenues and expenses change at the same time," Wade said.
