Norwalk collects big on cable fee

Norwalk received a good dose of financial news Friday.
The video service provider fee, which was passed by city council last July as one of four revenue-enhancers, finally paid off in a big way.
The fee is supposed to be tacked on to the cable portion of each customer's bill, depending on which package the customer has. Just as recently as last week, the city hadn't collected any money on the fee.
