Retired Huron County Sheriff John Borgia can't help but smile when he hears talk of what to do with the old jail or how the commissioners and current sheriff can't come to some sort of budget compromise.

To read what Borgia had to say about his time as sheriff and the issues facing the current sheriff, Dane Howard, pick up a copy of Monday's Reflector.
