Drunk girl kicks at cops, paramedics

Cary Ashby • Mar 21, 2011 at 11:00 AM

An intoxicated Norwalk girl who kicked at police officers and paramedics was transported to Fisher-Titus Medical Center for treatment Saturday.

The Norwalk Police Department received a call from the Huron County Sheriff's Office at 1:30 a.m. about a Concord Court resident's 17-year-old daughter, who was intoxicated and sick Sunday.

Police said the girl became combative when North Central EMS arrived and "had to be physically restrained after she began kicking and flailing her arms" at paramedics and officers.
