Degree of devastation on streets surprises Norwalk's public works boss

Mother Nature has unleashed her wrath on the Norwalk city streets this winter.
Josh Snyder, public works director, said Wednesday he and street department officials are presently talking the situation over.
"Obviously, we need to reassess the streets this year for next year's paving," Snyder said. "And there is obviously a lot of patching that needs to be done."
