Vegan Chocolate Cupcakes

1 1/2 cups whole wheat white flour

3/4 cup vegan sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 cup ground chocolate

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/3 cup oil

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1 cup cold water Combine dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients at a well in the center of the other combined ingredients.

Mix until combined. If making a cake, bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

If making the recipe as cupcakes, bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees and check.
